To increase the representation of the Arab community among university staff and in senior positions in the industry in the fields of science, engineering and technology.
Our Targets
- Building a strong pipeline of outstanding Arab high school students in the fields of science and engineering.
- Advancing academic excellence in STEM within Arab society, in partnership with Israeli universities and with the support of philanthropy, government, and industry.
- Developing non-formal academic frameworks in science and engineering.
- Increasing the number of Arab students who successfully enroll in competitive STEM programs at universities and excel in their academic studies.
- Building an alumni network for all students who have successfully completed both the network’s programs and their high school education.
